Project Management
DataSeek believes that we manage complex projects better than anyone in the business. We conduct both pre- and post-implementation quality and satisfaction interviews with the key personnel involved in the implementation, including but not limited to delivery, installation, implementation, and support. The results of these interviews are collated and presented to the customer as part of the overall solution documentation. DataSeek also conducts regular project-level meetings with the customer that provide an avenue for both DataSeek and the customer to discuss quality and satisfaction. Internally the results of the interviews and meetings are used as learning devices to better the services that DataSeek provides.
